Sarracenia Flava, or more commonly know as Yellow Pitcherplant, is a subshrub forb/herb of the genus Sarracenia. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Sarracenia Flava or Yellow Pitcherplant's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New Jersey, South Carolina and Virginia.
