Neptunia Plena, or more commonly know as Water Dead And Awake, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a non-woody plant that is not a grass) of the genus Neptunia. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Neptunia Plena or Water Dead And Awake's floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Puerto Rico, specifically in the state of Texas.
