Pinus Glabra, or more commonly know as Spruce Pine, is a tree with green foliage and green flowers of the genus Pinus. It has a rapid growth rate and a height of 90 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It's active growth period is spring and summer, blooms during late spring and is tolerant of shade. Pinus Glabra or Spruce Pine's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi and South Carolina.
