Spiny-Spore Quillwort (Isoetes tenella)
Isoetes Tenella, or more commonly know as Spiny-Spore Quillwort, is a graminoid of the genus Isoetes. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Isoetes Tenella or Spiny-Spore Quillwort's floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Alaska, specifically in the states of Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
