Rhus Trilobata, or more commonly know as Skunkbush Sumac, is a shrub with green foliage and yellow flowers of the genus Rhus. It has a slow growth rate and a height of 4 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It's active growth period is spring, blooms during early spring and is somewhat tolerant of shade. Rhus Trilobata or Skunkbush Sumac's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
