Chionanthus Pygmaeus, or more commonly know as Pygmy Fringetree, is a subshrub shrub of the genus Chionanthus. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Chionanthus Pygmaeus or Pygmy Fringetree's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the state of Florida.
