Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Galium Labradoricum or Northern Bog Bedstraw's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Connecticut, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Wisconsin.
