Chamaedaphne, or more commonly know as Leatherleaf, is of the genus Chamaedaphne. Chamaedaphne or Leatherleaf's floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Alaska, specifically in the states of Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont and Wisconsin.
