Amaranthus Deflexus, or more commonly know as Largefruit Amaranth, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a non-woody plant that is not a grass) of the genus Amaranthus. Its duration is annual which means it grows for one season only. Amaranthus Deflexus or Largefruit Amaranth's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Virginia.
