Fraxinus Pennsylvanica, or more commonly know as Green Ash, is a tree with yellow-green foliage and green flowers of the genus Fraxinus. It has a rapid growth rate and a height of 70 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It's active growth period is spring and summer, blooms during late spring and is tolerant of shade. Fraxinus Pennsylvanica or Green Ash's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
