Chionanthus, or more commonly know as Fringetree, is of the genus Chionanthus. Chionanthus or Fringetree's floral region is North America US Lower 48, Puerto Rico and The Virgin Islands, specifically in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
