Calycocarpum Lyonii, or more commonly know as Cupseed, is a vine with green foliage and white flowers of the genus Calycocarpum. It has a rapid growth rate and a height of 30 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It's active growth period is spring and summer, blooms during late spring, is tolerant of shade and is routinely available commercially. Calycocarpum Lyonii or Cupseed's floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
