Artemisia Vulgaris, or more commonly know as Common Wormwood, is a subshrub forb/herb of the genus Artemisia. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Artemisia Vulgaris or Common Wormwood's floral region is North America US Lower 48, Alaska and Hawaii, specifically in the states of Alaska, Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
