Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Muscari Comosum or Tassel Grape Hyacinth‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington.
