Swampmahogany (Eucalyptus Robusta)
Eucalyptus Robusta, or more commonly know as Swampmahogany, is a tree with gray-green foliage and yellow flowers of the genus Eucalyptus. It has a rapid growth rate and a height of 160 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It’s active growth period is fall winter and spring, blooms during late winter and is intolerant of shade. Eucalyptus Robusta or Swampmahogany‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Hawaii, specifically in the states of Florida and Hawaii.
