Poa Macrantha, or more commonly know as Seashore Bluegrass, is a graminoid with green foliage and yellow flowers of the genus Poa. It has a slow growth rate and a height of 0.4 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It's active growth period is spring and summer, blooms during late winter, is intolerant of shade and is routinely available commercially. Poa Macrantha or Seashore Bluegrass's floral region is North America US Lower 48 and Alaska, specifically in the states of Alaska, California, Oregon and Washington.
