Arnoglossum Plantagineum, or more commonly know as Groovestem Indian Plantain, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a non-woody plant that is not a grass) of the genus Arnoglossum. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Arnoglossum Plantagineum or Groovestem Indian Plantain‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
