Downy Gentian (Gentiana Puberulenta)
Gentiana Puberulenta, or more commonly know as Downy Gentian, is a forb/herb (a forb/herb is a non-woody plant that is not a grass) of the genus Gentiana. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. Gentiana Puberulenta or Downy Gentian‘s floral region is North America US Lower 48, specifically in the states of Arkansas, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
