Bothriochloa Barbinodis, or more commonly know as Cane Bluestem, is a graminoid with green foliage and yellow flowers of the genus Bothriochloa. It has a rapid growth rate and a height of 4 feet at maturity. Its duration is perennial which means it will grow year after year. It's active growth period is summer and fall, blooms during indeterminate and is intolerant of shade.
